- REFUND POLICY -

Our return policy is 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, as you received it; therefore unworn and without signs of wear, with its own label and original packaging. You will also need an invoice or proof of purchase of the same item.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at customercare.nevver@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping document, where there will be instructions on how and where to ship your item. Items that will be shipped without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Once the item is received, we ask you to check it and contact us in case there are defects, damage or the item is different from the one ordered, so as to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be replaced, such as perishable products (food, plants, flowers), customized products and products for personal hygiene and cosmetics. Furthermore, we do not accept returns of flammable, explosive and gaseous products and / or materials. We cannot accept returns of items on offer or gift cards.

Change of articles

The best way to ensure the item you want is to return the ordered item, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

When we receive your return and after inspecting it, we will let you know whether or not we will approve the refund. If approved, we will refund you via the original payment method.

We kindly inform you that it takes a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
